So. One of my goals for this summer is to purchase a fire hoop. They’re terribly expensive (at least for me, I only work less than 20 hours per week, plus I have bills and food to pay for). The cheapest one I could find online was circa $190.

UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON!

I saw a post on a hooping community on LJ. This chica is selling her handmade fire hoop for $45 (sans the 8 wicks, but would provide the threaded rod for making wicks, plus I’d have to purchase Kevlar which is super cheap).

Blah blah blah.
You know what that translates to?

I need to fucking get it. I have to. It has my name written all over it. I want it soooo bad. Fuck. ing. Bad.

So I e-mail her about it, and I guess I was the second person to e-mail her. She said if the first person decides not to get it then she’ll let me know.

SO…I’m asking all of you to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out on sending some positive vibes to the universe so I can have this hoop in my possession. Or pray. Or cross your fingers. Do a “Charlene really fucking wants this fire hoop”-dance. Anything please! Or just picture me fire hooping with this lovely object of my affection.

what the heck are the “special gifts” supposed to be? I’m kind of annoyed that they decided to send some users with beta accounts some neat stuff, but not others. Its really not fair.

I know this is is a hello kitty blog and everything is pink and girly and cute and omglifeissohappy.

Well guess what, lifes not always that way.

Today, I found a crack pipe in my landlords room. My boyfriend and I had no idea he even went near the stuff. We are so ANTI-DRUGS, you have no idea. Imagine the shock. Just imagine it. I had never even seen a real crack pipe in real life ever before today. We wouldn’t have lived there 8 months if we had known that he did that.

I’m still fucking terrified.

I swear, our landlord seemed like a normal person. He was so cool! we would even watch Ugly Betty and Heroes and Family Guy together. He’d make my boyfriend and I chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast sometimes.

I don’t know.

So Josh (my boyfriend) and I just packed all of our stuff. We waited for his parents to help us move stuff and we were packing things in the cars when he came home and we made up an excuse that we had an emergency and we needed to move out immediately. It’s so scary. I guess you can never tell.

I’m back at my dads house and will be here for however long it takes to find another apartment for relatively cheap in the same area we were living, but a bit farther north. Josh is at his parents house and already found some nice looking apartments.

I’m so stressed about this. Its just so scary to think that could happen right under our noses. And for eight months? C’mon. That’s just ridiculous.

Plus I have pneumonia.

And I’m supposed to be training at a job tonight back where I was living.

Yes.

I made a video and submitted it to the e-mail adress I was supposed to, and then I looked up “mmorpg” as a tag in the dream studio search, and I realized that even though I worked on my video for a really good amount of time and I put alot of effort into it, my video still just looks like everyone elses.

I guess this is the point where I should “get creative” but I honestly don’t know how to get creative without being random and completely off topic! I just don’t want to make an effortless video with some funny pictures/video clips that have nothing to do with the reasons why I believe I should be a beta tester.

I don’t know. Maybe I’m just ranting…

Does anyone out there agree?
Or maybe have suggestions?

I know, it’s terrible quality, but at least it’s something.

I enjoy hooping at clubs, the beach, in random public places (but not the mall, I almost got kicked out for that once!) and ESPECIALLY in a dance studio or large room with mirrors so I can practice all my sweet tricks.

I started hooping about 6 months ago. I haven’t exactly made as much progress as I think I could have (mostly because I don’t have enough room in my house to hoop and its really cold and snowy outside…grr winter) but I’ll start practicing more once the warm weather rolls in.

Anyways, there ya go.
