I never really delved into the various types of lolcats that can be found in the Internet. I never even knew that there were subdivisions in the types of lolcats that can be found.

But there’s one rather interesting type of lolcat that caught my interest right now. This source on the ‘net I read labelled it as the “Invisible Lolcat.”

You just have to love cute cats that know how to treat the camera. It doesn’t hurt that Maxie’s an adorable little thing.

This time, I will really take a break from Lolcats to post about a more serious, more worthy topic.

Forty-six odd years ago, a hero by the name of Steve Irwin was born. Today, therefore, is the birthday of the man that was technically responsible for making crocodiles (and, subsequently after his death, manta rays) celebrities.

Shame on you, stingray. Shame.

Aaaand here we are again. A couple of entries ago, I wrote about how lolcats mirror life, using Sir Patrick Stewart’s phenomenally impressive “Do Not Want!” meme and an equally silly-looking lolcat.

This is an image you’d be likely to see at the Lolcat Bible Translation Project. A bit tongue in cheek with the translations, the bible is a pretty impressive body of work, and is a continuing work in progress.

Remember that post of mine about how lolcats have this really strong tendency to speak in baby talk - or what is apparently called “lolcatspeak?”

This is just really useless. But cute, nonetheless.

Although I can understand why some people feel the need to escape once in a while. As a matter of fact, we all need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life sometimes.

Icanhascheesburger is a literal treasure trove of lolcats in every shape, size, and persuation. This selected lolcat, though, kinda caught my attention.

I don’t know about other people, but I grew up with people who would cover my eyes when actors kiss on television or in the movies. I find it hilarious, now that I’m older. I couldn’t help but grin when I saw the image.
