What about making a mini-bazar? you can set it on your garage or the front of your house, you may want to sell clothes that you don't use anymore or stuff you thing is only wasting your space. It might be hard to get rid of things that reminds you your happy moments and everything but you may want to let them go. Selling old stuff must be frustrating because people would be willing to pay a just a bit of what you'd paid for it but there's no reason to get angry this mini business can make a good profit if it woths.
