Seems episode 130 is out. I need to hurry up with my episode reviews. On with 129’s review!

Seems that the Arrancar Ikkaku killed on the previous episode is back and its hunting down souls using some sort of flute sound to control these souls making it easy for it to get a free meal. 

Matsumoto and the others detect its presence and tries to capture one apparently for questioning. But something unexpected happens.

It seems that this Arrancar can duplicate or split itself into many Arrancar making it a more effective hunter of souls. And look at the mess that they got into!

But of course Hitsugaya dispatches them quickly and efficiently hoping that he got all of them when he used a special technique. They also find Shota’s missing sister, Yui who appears out of nowhere after the batte.

It got me thinking though and it seems that this little girl is connected to the appearance of that particular Arrancar. Its obvious that the flute playing of this girl as told by her brother’s story, that she’s the one causing the Arrancar to control souls. In short the Arrancar appears again and this time Yui goes out to the park.

Hitsugaya and the others give chase but loose sight of the Arrancar. They instead find Yui in the park. Now how strange is that?

Some cosplayers just know what it is they’re doing and they do it very well too…

Kinda tragic what happened to Hinamori… She still can’t get over Aizen no matter what it is the Shinigami do… She really looked up to Aizen, but sadly, she was of no use to her after she was defeated by Hitsugaya… Even in the Arrancar Arc, she still believes Aizen if being led by the others…

Talk about unconditional love…

EDIT: Hm… I’m confused with the info so far, but the girl in the picture’s name is 美歪 for sure…

TIme for a long delayed review of episode 128. Sorry this took a while I was busy with some stuff and I was absent a few days from work.

The episode starts off with Ichigo and Hiyori constantly training. Of course these two never get along but its worth the humor watching them try to out-curse and out-smart the other. 

Of course Ichigo has been gone for a while now and his little sisters, well actually just Karin is starting to worry thinking that Ichigo may have ran away or is in some sort of trouble. As usual Ichigo’s dad makes a fool of himself and is more concerned as to why Rukia hasn’t been around either.

Hitsugaya meanwhile, calls a meeting and discusses about how dire the situation is. They need to improve their skills and strength in order to keep at par with the Arrancar. All seriousness is broken as Matsumoto cuts the meeting short as she goes on a shopping spree, like what most women would prefer to do and boy she’s spent a lot to rival what I make in one month, maybe even more!

Her shopping spree is ended abruptly as a hollow is detected on her cellphone. It alerts the others as well (boy I wish I had that kind of cellphone ^^). Also a strange flute-like sound is heard.

It appeared to be some sort of hollow after a young boy. Apparently its some sort of new Arrancar. Nevertheless it was dispatched by Ikkaku pretty quickly as it barely put up a fight.

Hitsugaya then decides to take the kid with them than do a soul burial first as to find out why an Arrancar was targeting him of all souls. However, the kid proves to be more of a nuisance to them as he goes calling everyone names.

Questioning the kid gave nothing so it was decided to let him stay for at least a night until they figure something out. During the night, the kid sneaks out with Matsumoto’s sword apparently wanting to take out something or someone. Matsumoto catches up to the kid and reasons with him. The strange sound of a flute once again interrupts them and the dreaded “to be continued” caption appears meaning we have to wait for the next episode.

Everyone has unforgettable moments in their lives… In the case of the anime files, they’re unforgettable screen shots that brings back happy memories…

One particular screen shot I find amusing is this:

This was on the 2nd episode of bleach (that seems like such a long time ago now…) where Rukia enters Ichigo’s classroom. She greets him with a handshake and this is what’s written on her hand… 

Clever, don’t you think? I wish I had thought of that…

This is probably old news to the BLEACH fans, but a recent review from Sumodownload gave a podcast on the PlayStation 2 game, “Bleach Blade Battlers”.

Based on the popular Japanese anime today, Bleach: Blade Battlers lets you creatively make battles against bleach characters, may it be cooperative or a four way battle royale. Relive that battle episodes and feel the intensity of how the battle occurred by letting Ichigo and Byakuya fight again or make funny battles by using Kon against Zaraki Kenpachi (Where Kon really has a chance to win!).

I have to say, the sound of the announcer is a bit off. But the overall review was quite good.

I have no idea who this is, and people have debated whether this cosplayer is a boy or girl for a while now…

I can only say this much…

This cosplayer really does know how to cosplay Ishida very, very well. The details are astounding, and the pose makes you think that Ishida Uryuu himself jumped out of the anime/manga and came into the real world.

Some die-hard BLEACH fans say that the black detailing should be blue, while others argue that he/she probably based it off of the manga. I’ve even heard of people complaining about the hair color.

To me, give it a rest people!!! Unless you yourself can cosplay better than this, I suggest critiques should keep their mouths shut! This Ishida in his Quincy outfit is g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s! So there! >:E

What did I say about Orihime being part of Aizen’s plan?

I was blog hopping looking for something to add in this blog… Look what I found over at Natastic’s Entry about Anime North:

A nice shot of the Arrancar cosplay in Toronto… And an Orihime cosplayer is crouched down in the middle wearing an Arrancar outfit..! 

So I was right that the opening theme showed hints about Orihime being part of the Arrancar group. I just wonder what Aizen told her to convince her to join them? She’s the most loyal to Ichigo since she seems to like him… in a romantic sort of way.

In case you’re wondering, I’m using my PSP to screen capture the scenes in bleach. That’s why my screen shots are wide screen.

Rukia again. I’ve just seen the latest episode of BLEACH and thought of making a review. These are mainly my own opinions of the episode, so please feel free to comment your own thoughts.

Needless to say, this entry may or may not contain spoilers. So if you don’t want to read about spoilers, then it would be best that you leave now.

With the soon to come war against Aizen in their hands, the Shinigami and Ichigo’s group have begun their training. Their previous encounter with the Arrancar have left them doubtful as to whether or not they can win. They have no room for error in this war, because if they fail, Karakura Town will vanish off the face of the earth.

Surprisingly, Urahara advices Orihime not to participate in the upcoming battle; reason being that Orihime’s only manner of attack, Tsubaki was destroyed. Orihime takes this news hard, but reluctantly agrees.

She meets up with Rukia, who in turn asked her what her true feelings about not going into battle were. Before they could finish their conversation properly, Hiyori comes out of nowhere and picks up Orihime and brings her to the Vizard Base, where Ichigo is training very hard to control his Hollow form.

Hachi was particularly interested in Orihime’s powers. They were too similar to his own that he wanted to take a closer look. He realized that Orihime’s powers were still quite new to her, and decided to help her in bringing back Tsubaki.

After telling Hachi about her situation, he gave her some words of advice, “It doesn’t matter what other people tell you to do, you must do what you want to do.” This encouraged Orihime and gave her new resolve.

In the final scenes of this episode, Aizen is taking a particular interest in Orihime’s powers, making one think whether or not Urahara wanted Orihime to sit out the battle because of her weakness, or because she may be a key for Aizen’s plans to work. Nothing is for certain yet, but the story is certainly becoming more and more interesting by the episode…

Did I mention that the Arrancar Yammy was able to get his arm back? I feel sorry for the girl who was attending to him though… What a way to show your appreciation, bashing her head against the wall…

After my life on earth as a normal human, I was reborn in the lower classes of Soul Society, particularly the 78th District of Rukongai. My sister, Hisana, abandoned me when I was still a baby because she could no longer care for me and thought I could survive better on my own. I did well for a while in the slums, without ever knowing I had a sister.

Even while I was young, I possessed high levels of reiatsu. In search of a better life, I entered the Shinigami Academy with my childhood friend, Abarai Renji. Renji was able to enter the top class while I was only admitted in the 2nd ranked classes (that show off!).

It was during this time that I was asked to join the Noble Kuchiki Family. I did not posses any special abilities to be taken in by a Noble Family, aside from my Zanpakuto, Sode no Shirayuki that is said to be the most beautiful Zanpakuto in Soul Society because of it’s pure white appearance. It was explained to me later on that I ressembled the eldest son’s, Kuchiki Byakuya’s late wife, which was why Byakuya wanted to adopt me.

I finally had a family of my own, but it was happiness and sadness at the same time. Both Renji and I did not like the idea because both of us knew they would grow further apart once she accepted. Ironically, neither of us expressed our disagreement, so I accepted, and we parted ways.

It was much later during the betrayal of Sosuke Aizen that I found out my (now) older brother, Kuchiki Byakuya, was the husband of my sister, and it was her dying sister’s wish that Byakuya would find me and take me in.

I have a tendency of drawing illustrations for Kurosaki Ichigo when I explain to him the complex information I get from Soul Society regarding our missions. I don’t understand why he’s so upset over my drawings, probably because he can’t draw as well as I can. Jealousy and Envy can make people do the strangest things.
