節 儉 是 美 德 , 但 長 者 經 常 將 吃 不 完 的 飯 留 待 明 天 才 吃 , 實 非 健 康 之 道 。 上 海 瑞 金 醫 院 消 化 內 科 主 任 吳 雲 林 稱 , 經 常 吃 隔 夜 飯 , 較 大 機 率 引 致 胃 癌 , 這 也 是 中 國 人 多 患 胃 癌 的 原 因 。 當 隔 夜 的 青 菜 類 食 品 , 重 複 回 鑊 翻 炒 , 葉 綠 素 易 生 化 學 反 應 , 產 生 可 能 致 癌 的 降 解 成 份 , 而 魚 類 及 蝦 蟹 等 食 物 隔 夜 後 , 也 容 易 產 生 蛋 白 質 降 解 , 對 肝 及 腎 無 益 。

When someone like me who works in Hong Kong, either you bring leftover to work or eat at restaurant during lunch, or even dinner as well. It looks like we either suffer from stomach cancer or absorb too much MSG. By the way, MSG is also known as Chinese Restaurant Syndrom…
