Calzone
Do you like calzones? I love them, but they’re so huge and just loaded with cheese, I don’t eat them very often. Gotta have them absolutely fresh and hot from the oven. You can re-heat them, but it’s just not the same.
The place where I get them from serves a “regular” (or “plain”) calzone, which is ricotta and mozzarella cheeses with a slice of ham. Gotta be careful, cause if you order a”plain”, you might not get the ham. It all depends on the how they make them at that specific pizza joint.
I’m ambivalent on sauce. Sometimes, no sauce. Sometimes, dipping sauce.
Cut it open for an avalanche of cheese. Oh yea, you wanna talk about “artery clogger”, Bacon? Dig into one of these babies!
Unfortunately, this particular one was getting cool by the time I ate it, so had to reheat it slightly. You can tell because the mozzarella cheese has begun to set. This is why I say they have to be fresh and piping hot.

*HUNGRY* I miss calzones!
