Italian hotdog
Have you ever had, or heard of an Italian hotdog? Well, unless you’re from NJ or have visited (and eaten) here, you might not. It’s definitely a NJ thing, but I dunno if anyone outside of NJ has ever had one.
Basically it is a hotdog (or two), with peppers, onions and potatoes inside a roll made out of pizza dough. And darn if it isn’t mighty tasty. There are a few variations, but that’s the basic recipe.
