Armed Forces Day here in the US is May 16, but for some reason, there were events on May 9. I don’t know why they did it a week early.

I took a lot of pictures, but I’m not sure if I should post them. Maybe I am being overly sensitive, but given that it’s basically a publicity event for military, and all the displays are guns, tanks, weapons, etc, I decided not. Nothing to do with “classified”; since these things are on public display, they’re declassified anyways. But I’ll see what, if anything, people post in the comments.

But one of the events was interesting enough that I figure why not? It’s an M60 tank versus car.

I took video of the whole event, which was just over 20 minutes long, but I had to cut out about five minutes in the middle. Right after the first roll-over, they had to reset the car, and it was just a fork-lift going back and forth. And jump to ~5:13 for the “main event”.
