Apparently the guy whose desk I took over did not like to throw stuff out. So half the time I spent cleaning up and throwing out.

That is the second garbage can I’ve filled up. Hopefully the last. I destroyed the old floppies by pulling the media out. I also destroyed the old CDs by snapping them in peices. If you’ve never snapped a CD, be very careful, they tend to explode, and sharp bits of plastic will shoot all over the place. You could really get hurt. I put my hand inside the bag, folded it around the CD, so I wouldn’t get hurt.

Unfortunately, today I’m done moving and sorting things out. For the most part. I still have three boxes of “stuff” left to go through, but those are notes, spare cables, and other sundries.

Well, time to get back to work. I guess.
