Interesting news?
I saw this on Abby’s twitter (it was her latest tweet), and decided to do a bit of googling, and found these:

So this sounds like good news. I want this game to succeed. I think the industry needs this game. But at the same time, I think I want to “keep it to myself”, which is a feeling I suspect many of the players can relate with.
But since it has also popped up some of the more popular gaming news blogs, it sounds like pretty serious news. I don’t want to speculate, but gosh I just can’t help it! I wonder what bearing, if any, this has on the existing infrastructure? Sounds like this office will be a satellite, and I guess the main office (wherever that is? Hong Kong?) will be HQ?
PS, I don’t actually use my twitter. I start it every now and again, with a neat little program called twirl. I don’t think I’ve ever even posted a tweet for myself.

I only scanned through and came off with the impression that it doesn’t really tell us that much except that his focus will be the US market… which can be a good or bad sign for us non-US players :P…

Yea, which is why I am hesitant to speculate. I would hate for there to be geolocked servers. I have many friends here now, and they’re from all over the world, and I would sorely hate being forcibly separated from them.

Saw that tweet as well and have spoken to her a few times (though she has no clue it’s moi >.>). Meh, it’s really just whatever news, (though I am from the US) since it doesn’t tell anything exact - but when do they ever with new employees, aside from a list of accomplishments and a vague set of goals?
Anywaaaaaaaay, I prefer TwitterFox myself since it’s just a Firefox add-on. I would use Twirl just for the cute name itself, but I like having Twitter access right there. x]

I just installed TwitterFox to give it a shot. It is kind of nice. I can see why you like it, since we probably have FF open practically 100% of the time anyways.
