Hurray!  The long awaited chance to play the game is finally coming!  We now have a date for all of you, and that’s October 8, 2008.  Mark your calendars folks because as Mr. Trump would say… “It’s going to be HUGE!”  Judging from what I have seen so far, it will be worth the wait!

So what’s in store for you?  Well for one you get a new and improved game interface, new monsters, several new maps to explore and you will finally get to hang out and visit London and Paris!  The game also received some really cute graphical improvements such as spinning windmills, moving trees and new NPC actions and animations.

Now only a select few will be able to play this beta outing.  In order to join, you must have a SanrioTown account and send a blank email to hkofounder@hellokitty.com using your SanrioTown email account.

I’ve been asked so many times how it’s like to work on a video game.  Well, it involves long hours, lots of coffee and a lot of talking to a speaker phone.  Sometimes it feels like we are inside a Charlie’s Angels movie. Hmmm…. Kitty’s Angels…. doesn’t really fit us doesn’t it?

What makes it all worthwhile after all this hard work is you… Yes YOU! We just love that warm fuzzy feeling we get when we see the happiness the game brings you all.
