I’ve had Momoiro for almost 2 weeks, & I see now that he’s a fiery little guy! He’s a bit younger than Bubbles, but I’m not sure if that has anything to do with his spunkyness. Their tanks are right next to each other, so generally I’ll keep a piece of paper between them to keep them from stressing themselves out.

05:45 pm: Fishes!
I got a new fish, his name is Snarky.
He’s already made it longer than our beloved Spot.

Snarky is a spaz, that’s all there is to it.

I took the pictures with my camera phone, so dey not so good.

I got a new Betta yesterday, whom I named Momoiro (the Japanese work for a peachy-pink color.)

He’s quite impressive for a Petco Betta, & I just had to have him.

I’ve always likes crowntails, so this was a great opportunity to get one.

I have to keep a paper between their tanks or else they’ll “fight.” Bubbles seems to shy away & retreat to the far side of his tank. My dad figures it’s because his name is Bubbles- Who can be tough with a name like that?
