The tagline is in Filipino. Its rough translation is “Make vegetables a part of life.” Well, I think that’s what they were trying to relay to the public.
The new endorser of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is Alyssa Milano, best known for starring in the popular TV series titled Charmed.
In this ad, Milano flaunts a gown made from vegetables (I wonder what theydo with those veggies after the shoot).
Aside from being a supporter of PETA, Milano is also a national ambassador for United Nations Children’s Fund and founding ambassador for the Global Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases.

Hey! That’s a cool ad! Haha! And her “vegetables outfit” is nice too! It’s kinda weird though.. You use an American(?) for the model, then you put Filipino words? Haha:) Anyway, nice ad nonetheless.

Cool! But must be strange for the model to be with all those veggies….

These guys would disagree with this. Sicko’s
I am always searching various blogging sites for interesting articles, such as wordpress, blogspot, blogger etc. Some have really well written articles on numerous subjects.
At lunchtime at work I came across this site:

I was totally disgusted that anyone could be so ignorant and stereotypical in today’s society, especially people who are supposed to be Christians. They are criticizing environmental issues and trying to use God as their justification.

Wow, those are real vegetables?? O_O I wonder how they feel on your skin… o_o It looks pretty from far away, but I bet it looks/smells strange up close. XD I can’t figure out what the top vegetables are.
But it’s a great idea, to promote wearing vegetables instead of animal skin! If only vegetables were sturdier… or didn’t rot. XD

i guess the language is different in the posters for varying regions haha. but the veggie dress - if it were real - would be pretty awesome.

I bet they sold the leaves as the most expensive salad ever made! There’s been a couple of these ads out. I like the positive approach of encouraging vegetable eating instead of bashing meat eaters. Meat eaters tend not to respond well to that.

Wow! That gown was nice, really. that’s what i call environmetally aware, not just in fashion, but in food also. I wonder if the veggies in her gown are synthetic?
