Yep,yep-that’s the GazettE’s guitarist,Uruha, singing(along with their second guitarist Aoi). He sings like a drunk man even when he somber(yes Uruha is an alchoholic XD )

I love Barkley from Sesame Street! I used to watch that show when I was a kid and Barkley just came to my mind when I saw this picture of Uruha from the GazettE:
