Couldn’t login to the website with the username that I choose on they day of event, and my email isn’t in the system as well.

I can still sign up for a new account with the username I chose on the day of the event.

and its already the second day of since i went.
what a disappointment.

yes i believe we are supposed to receive the photos via the new hellokitty.com.sg email account, but like the majority here,
i’ve not gotten any photos =(

very very sad. i love those photos.
i really hope they wont disappoint all those who went to support the event.

login the account…watever your username@hellokitty.com.my/sg or the username@mymelody.com.my/sg which you registered during the kitty lab…

I have been waiting since the first day of the event and be it whether they say they will take 48 hours to turn around and email us the photos, I have yet to receive anything to date! It has been 3 days to be exact! This is such a disappointment! I strongly believe I am not the only one who feels this way, many do too. Especially looking at the responses that hello kitty fans left in this blog

Whoever the organiser for this Online Photo Booth is really a let down to the Kitty fans out there. I REALLY HOPE the organiser better do something about this to resolve this problem.

Hi guys,

All you have to do is wait for them to send you an email into your new Hello Kitty Mail which most of you have sign up during exhibition.
It takes me about 48hrs to receive them from the day I went.

In addition, the URL provided was wrong too.
the correct want is as follows;
