So to make myself feel better, camwhoring with my sis when I got home:

Early that morning, I went jogging around UP. I seemed to have picked up the habit of running around! Hee.

So anyway, I didn’t anyone to hang out with during the afternoon. Plus, I hitch with Chamie on the way home! So there!

Every week, we had a semi-major paper for 118. We had to submit a methodology proposal. After the proposal is approved, that’s the only time we can use the said methodology in our field work.

That day, we went to World Tops to eat lunch. Since I was still trying to keep on the healthy-eating track (I’ve long since stopped being a vegetarian), I tried out their Tofu and Mushroom Rice Topping ♥

And you can never go wrong with Figaro coffee! With a COOL AWESOME DESIGN! How many coffee places do that, anyway?

Cute cousin Pipo knows how to speak a little Filipino now. He told me “Magandang Umaga!” (even though it wasn’t morning).

UP Euro has this week for applicants where they hold activities after class so that we get to bond with the members. That day, the activity was to make a national costume made out of newspapers.

So… who won?

If you guys don’t know me that well, then you don’t know that I’m allergic to lobsters! D: And shrimps, and then crabs as well!

So I was full of rashes the next day and I didn’t want to go to school looking like that lest I inspire fear in the people around me.

I wrote my prof an email:

Hi Sir!

I’m not sure if you’ll get this before class. I woke up at 6 this morning with my face all swollen up. I ate lobster last night but then just a tiny bit! As in, like…. 2 bites? Or maybe even 3. So I didn’t bother drinking antihistamines cause I can usually stand small amounts. So I slept it off thinking that it will be better around this time. Erm. It got worse. I have full blown rashes all over my body. It’s not just plain red rashes — it even swells a little. Plus my face is still swollen. I might scare people if I go to class :c (That actually happened to me in grade school — my teacher reprimanded me for going to school sick. She probably thought it was chicken pox!) I’m sorry sir! :c (I have pictures to prove it too — just in case! :c)

I slept it off again and drank two doses of antihistamines. I woke up and then went to school for my 11:30 class (I got to school 12:30).

There was a reunion of sorts just recently. It was my grandfather’s death anniversary last August 2 (I think I got it right). And my relatives from China and Taiwan boarded a plane to Manila to attend it.

Even my favorite male cousin came! ♥

Oh. And I didn’t help much with the money folding!

Poor grandpa — what would he use to buy his drinks? D:

You remember my bestfriend? The one who migrated to Hong Kong or China or one of those Asian countries (I don’t quite remember where cause she travels between and around them so much)? Well, she came back for a couple of weeks! So we had a reunion of sorts… in Ateneo.

It was fun cause I even saw Kaira! ♥

It was Kaira who informed us that Lyns’ rabbit, Chao Chao, who she left under Kaira’s care after it went through mine, is preggy D:

The team building didn’t feel like a team building. It felt more like a bunch of friends stealing away to some out of town place to get away from it all ♥

On our way back to Manila, we passed by Leslie’s for lunch! It was yum yum!

Well, we haven’t either. But we DID try to get people to eat a huge one. Thankfully,  I’m one of the facilitators for the games during the team building — I didn’t have to eat that huge slice of watermelon.
