School… what’s the opposite of blue?
I was really stressing about my grades yesterday. I needed a 1.25 in my Kom1 grade to be a US (university scholar; sort of like an honor student). So I blogged in my multiply hoping against hope that my prof will see it. Hee. Evul me I know. Desperate too!
Now the grades came out at around 2 in the morning–I was so happy! 
I’m still Cum Laude standing. I need .03 more to be Magna Cum Laude standing. THIS close ._. Magna standing is 1.45 and above. Eep.
I need to study harder next semester.
This is the reason why I was gone for a week last time. Sometimes, I feel guilty that I can’t have more passion for some dedicated studying.
Have you had this problem before?

hahaha.. yeah I did! I was praying always at the end of each sem (when i was still in college) that my average will allow me to continue my scholarship and be on the dean’s list. hahaha anyway, that’s good.. you really have to push yourself very hard! Good luck!

WHJ’s rule on studying:
1. Study for the quiz.
2. Play video games.
3. If I p-a-s-s the quiz, return to number 2.
4. If I fail the quiz, go to number 5 for plan B.
5. Study really hard for the finals so I can p-a-s-s the subject.
6. If plan B succeeds, celebrate with friends and do number 2.
7. If plan B fails, hmm…Plan B never fails for me.
8. Should it have failed, maul Iheartbadtz with a moose.

I said something like time flies. I saw tiffy’s previous result slip on this blog like half a year, or a year ago? I didnt understand the grade point then, and I still dont understand it now!

ahhh. 1.0 is the highest grade. around 93% and above.
and then after, it depends on the range. like 88-92% (or something like that) is a 1.25.
so the grading thing is 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75… 3.0 is passing, 4.0 is incomplete and 5.0 is a failing mark :c

So 1.0 is like an A then? It’s the opposite in my place, A= 4.0, B= 3.0 etc, so I didn’t quite understand it the last time I saw your result slip too. Anywho it looks like an awesome grade!

steffi! We have the same grade system! Is that called CAP (Cumulative Aggregate Point)?
