My father does this wonderful calligraphy. I mean, whenever he doesn’t have anything to do (which happens a lot lately), he’d just grab at all these brushes and his inks.

But the thing that I don’t understand is this: how come the uglier the calligraphy, the more “beautiful” it is. (Well ugly for me)

Like this afternoon, he showed me this book with fat characters and fading edges in the strokes (err. I can’t explain it!) and told me, “It’s really beautiful, isn’t it?”

And gave him a flat out no.

Apparently, I don’t have taste. That, and my “inability” to appreciate art! (ART?)

I’M FREE! I DID MY FINAL PAPER FINALLY! IT’S OVER! THE SUMMER IS STARTING FOR ME!

Actually, it’s not really. We still have an animal show on the 29th but that’s it!

And Bong’s going to be backpacking to Sagada with some of our other friends! And I don’t think I can go! Plus, so expensive O_O I just spent a lot on my mac! Ack.

So my itinerary:

March 29-30: Zambales with family. We’re going to sleep at my dad’s friend’s house or something

March 31-April 1: BATANGAS! Cove something? I forgot the place’s name! Beach! Woot. (Okay, not so woot since I gained a lot of weight but I don’t plan on swimming so yay for frisbee!)
