Judo Accident
Tuesday, March 27th, 2007I’m back to blogging (and working) now that I can use both my hands for typing.
I just had a not-so-good experience in the form of dislocating my elbow in our interclass judo competition. x_X
It is, indeed, a gruesome sport x_x
But it’s fun and I don’t regret taking it as a PE. Just didn’t enjoy the dislocation.
Back then I thought that if you dislocated something, you’ll just not feel the part where it was dislocated.
Boy was I wrong!
It hurt like hell. It felt like there was really something wrong and you wanted sooo much to make it right. The bone was not where it was supposed to be. And there was really so much pain.
So it really didn’t help that when I was groaning on the floor, someone peeps in and says, “yuck!” x_X
It didn’t help that I KNEW that the arm looked horrible because it was angled in a really WRONG way.
Oh well…
Serves me right for taking such a sport.
XD
My mom tells me that whenever people ask her what happened to me, she’d tell them, “Judo,” and they’d ask, “You have a daughter, right?”
