My brother in law James and my niece Jayme picked us up from the airport. My sister Espie is already waiting for us in her home with her eldest daugther EJ. It was nice to see them again.

The very next day, we picked some persimons in my sister’s backyard. In the late afternoon we picked the kids up from school and we’re off to Las Vegas! It took us about 6 hours to get there by car. My brother in law drove the whole way through. We got there around 11pm. Stayed in Venetian! The rooms is as awesome as ever. We walked around the strip with my nieces til the wee hours of the morning.

We met up one of my mother in law’s high school friend who also lives in Las Vegas. Had lunch with her. She’s really nice and accommodating. That night we watched the “Phantom of the Opera” that was playing in Venetian. It was really really good. Even the Frog admitted that. After the show the Frog and I went for a walk outside.

Had a late check out. Went to Ceasar’s Palace to roam around the massive casino and shopping complex. We didn’t notice the time but it was already getting late. So we had dinner at “Buffet @ Asia” its good. Well I ate mostly sushi. And that was really filling!
