just wanted to let you guys know i’m still around AND checking up on you! i’ve still been busy with holiday type things and getting a lot of my things sorted. i got a new laptop for xmas so i’ve been really busy trying to transfer files and it’s very annoying. but at least when HKO comes back i’ll have a really awesome fast laptop to play it on! as for now it’s just stressful to try to locate old files and try to work them into Vista (which is totally new to me). but yes i’m still around and i have loads more of my collection to show you! i actually just got another HK build a bear today! they were offering a special promotion that if you got an HK build a bear -or- brought in one of your old HK ones you could get a little chococat plush. well i brought in my old HK but my fiance surprised me by saying i could have a new one too! so now i have 3 HK build a bears. yeah, probably a bit execessive. hehe ^^” but i just can’t say no to Hello Kitty and she KNOWS it! i’ve been decorating my new desk up a bit and it’s just cluttered with everything HK imaginable. the only thing not HK is a giant Pucca plush i have and she has a tiny HK and the new tiny chococat sitting on her lap. i think i may have an addiction!

also, i’m excited about this cooking contest. Cricket and i are planning something special! she showed me some pretty cool HK cooking things she had tonight and i can not WAIT to bake with her! so it will be fun, cute, and yummy. my favorite things!

hi everyone! i hope you all are having a great holiday! can’t wait to see photos of the pressies everyone has gotten! i’ve been super busy visiting families and having xmas get togethers so i haven’t had time to properly post about the end of the xmas reunion. i have lots of fun screenies to share!

i just had noticed that my video was picked editor’s choice! i’m really excited about it! i know it’s not like a big deal, but it makes me really excited to know that the people who work for Hello Kitty actually have noticed me! and trust me, i am not done with my videos of my HK collection. especially since it’s just been xmas and i have even more HK goodies to share. seriously, you wouldn’t believe it! it’s nice that people always know what to get me. XD

also, here’s a video of my kitties! we got them a little cat tree for xmas! they have never had one before and watching them play on it was so funny! the one on the top is Stella and the other one is her brother Peewee. Stella now loves to sit on top of the cat tree and be princess of the house. Peewee is the one who is spoiled rotten and is constantly sitting with me and my fiance and getting pet and fussed over. he’s all about getting the attention.

so i have been so busy playing the game (and in real life being sick and having to go to the hospital to get checked out. it’s ok. it’s just bronchitis!) that i haven’t updated here. i was worried i wouldn’t finish the quests before the end of the reunion so i made a point to be very dedicated to the game. the most tedious quest was the snowball making. it honestly took me 3 separate days (not the whole day of course!). i was constantly on my farm harvesting snow and also some oats, lemons, and strawberries for fruitcakes since i didn’t have enough stored in my warehouse from FB. the only quest i really had trouble with was the one where you had to get the misteltoe. there were so many people after the hermit crabs (this was before i knew the misteltoe came from other monsters) that it was hard to kill them. there aren’t very many hermit crabs in this game! i thought it might be the same way with the big boars (boxpigs) when i had to get the meat, but it wasn’t so bad. i went way up to North Wind Grassland (i think that’s what it’s called. it’s past Paris) and there was a big mob there and not many other players. when other people did show up we sort of had an unspoken rule about sharing which is nice. a lot of people KS and just don’t even care about other players at all. it makes me happy to know that people are curteous in game. i always try to be.

anway, besides quests i did a whole lot of catching up with my friends that i hadn’t seen since FB! the first person to message me was Tidesong. i never did run into her in game though! then i found ripplecloud and had chitchat with her. it’s rare for me to run into her since i think we play at different times so it was really cool to actually talk to her for a bit since i read her blog all the time! then of course was Tigerlyly! i think i did talk to Starrfire for a short bit too. then of course my whole guild who are incredibly amusing! we had a secret santa where people could ask for in game items or help with quests. mine was Kireu and i gave her everything to turn in to get Santa’s reins. Astroasis had me! she gave half the honey i needed for the hams! that was greatly appreciated! Cricket, who set up the whole thing ended up not getting a secret santa since she set it up but i have a few things for her ~_^

yes, i have been playing until they told us to get off for maintenance.  ^__^ i have not slept and i have no caffeine. i really wish i had the caffeine. lol! anyways, how cool is the HKO xmas reunion?!  NY is so cool! i love the snow. it’s pretty huge and i get lost frequently…not unlike real life NY, but in the game i have a map. i finished the first few quests. i have saved xmas and in doing so gotten all kinds of neat apparel. my favorite being my reindeer hat. now that i know you have the choice of being a gingerbread man or a snowman i really want to be a gingerbread man. of course, that’s the one that’s buggy. speaking of buggy, i was horrified at the site of my farm! i had no idea millions of bugs were going to invade it while i was away! i haven’t even been gone that long! i was gone long enough though to forget a few things. like what rock gives iron. i was totally clueless until one of my guild helped! i really like planting snowmen. to grow a snowman is the funniest thing ever i think. i put mine really close together cos i didn’t know what they’d look like so i have a cluster of them. i like how now when you farm a window pops up to let you know you’ve picked/lumbered the last item your plant has. i also think it’s cool to see us actually sew the seeds instead of them just showing up. lots of new additions that are really nice. the item mall is AWESOME. it will be even more so when more of the items are available. i bought myself a hat with kitty ears and a bow only for some reason when i put it on it didn’t show up in game. but on my info you’d see a totally different hat! a hat with hands and a peace sign. that was weird. hopefully they will fix that cos the kitty hat was so cute. i’m excited to do more with game profile pages. i haven’t done anything with mine so far…not sure if you really can yet. i’ll check that out more later.

right now i’m a bit sleepy and i have a cat lying on my back as i type this. while that may sound cute it’s really getting uncomfortable. she thinks of me as furniture sometimes and while i love her dearly i wish she’d just lay next to me instead of on me.  >_<

first thing i did today was check to see if the new client was available for download. i remembered it was today but forgot they were only doing it at a certain time. now i have to wait over 12 hours! and then still another 2 days to play! i’m so excited! i was even more excited when i saw this:

OMG! we can be snow men!! it’s going to be so funny seeing everyone walking around as snowmen! i love it! i also am so excited to be able to use the item mall! i’ve been dying to know what they are going to put in there (hopefully cute things that have high levels!) .

you guys  won’t believe this, but i am sick…again. i know! i don’t know why i keep getting sick! i was sick only a month ago. i’m not sure if i should go to the doctor or not. last time i did and they told me nothing was really wrong. well now i feel really bad and i’m sure something must be wrong but i don’t know if it’s bad enough to go to the doctors for. i really can’t afford another trip to the doctors. we shall see. maybe if i just drink lots of orange juice i’ll feel better.

i’m coming along with these faster than i thought! my digi cam is out of batteries but i found some pix i had taken awhile back that i had on my hard drive. i don’t know if anyone even watches these but  they’re fun to make and i like having a visual documentation of my things. lol!

i didn’t get very far before my camera batteries died. i still have a lot more to go through. but enjoy this for now! it includes my new kimora lee simmons necklace!

today i decided to start trying to put all of my hello kitty collection together in a series of videos. so this is my first one! i have much more things to photograph lol! i hope you enjoy it!

wow! i just got my email about the Founders Reunion Xmas party! how exciting! we’ll have one more week of fun quests and we get to visit NY! i’m so psyched! i can’t wait to see all of you guys again! *does happy dance*

oh! my fiance bought me a Hello Kitty necklace for xmas! i have been wanting the $1k+ one for a loooong time, but he found one at Zales for much cheaper and it’s still by Kimora Lee Simmons! i am so excited! what could be better than diamonds and hello kitty?!

here is a picture of it! it doesn’t have and diamonds but it does have some semi precious stones. plus it’s made of quality stuff so it won’t tarnish like all my other HK necklaces did.  i am so in love with it! now that i’ll have a necklace and i already have some cute HK earrings and a Tarina Tarantino bracelete the next thing is a super cute HK ring! ^___^

for xmas i got him both World of Warcraft expansion packs since he just reached lvl 60 and you can’t lvl any higher unless you get the expansions. he bought them online and downloaded them so he’s playing them today. he’s really into it! he keeps telling me “he needs to focus”. i’d say something about him being addicted to it but that would be very hypocritical of me! i mean, when HKO was on i barely left my computer for anything! i’m sad i don’t have anything for him to unwrap under the tree, but oh well. he seems very happy. besides he said he’d let me have my necklace early. i don’t know if i want to have it now or if i can wait. i’m not very paitent!

i just saw the results of the Fright Spinners contest. congrats Chickling! her’s was really awesome! and right when i saw her’s i knew i wouldn’t win! haha! everyone did such a great job! they were all really fun to watch. i honestly didn’t expect to win and it was nice just getting 11 votes! i really didn’t expect that at all! so thanks to all who voted for me and for everyone who participated. also congrats to ripplecloud (who won 2nd place!) and Tidesong and Shadow(who tied for 3rd!).
