I have been having quite a hard time trying to find proper Hello Kitty themes for my Windows XP and Windows Vista operating systems. I can alter existing themes that I have into Hello Kitty themes, but it just isn’t the same. Vista is even harder to alter into something Hello Kitty because of the limitations it sets.

For those of you that may find it useful, I do suggest trying out the downloads on the official character page (there are downloads for each character) and also some may find they also enjoy making their own artwork to use from the Art Center.
