When my kid cousin came over for the holidays, we gave him this modeling clay set because we knew he liked working on stuff like this.
Uuuunfortunately (for him) the grown-ups were apparently all frustrated modeling clay lovers, so as soon as he opened the gift and turned away to eat, we jumped at the opportunity!

So I present to you, the McSticky. The clay was a weird brand, so it was really sticky (see some green goo on my index finger there) and was pretty hard to manage. But that didn’t stop us, of course. ;]
Now… I want to buy clay for myself. :[

Eww, they look a little gross. ;x But very nice sculpting. Buy some! Preferably, less sticky and nicer looking clay though.

Very nice and talented. If I were to do so, it end up would looking like, well, something you wouldn’t want to eat (or have already eaten!). And actually, food models are a big industry, all those food advertisements are not made with real food.

How cute and very well made I love the hotdog! You should get some less sticky clay.

You might want to try a polymer clay like Sculpey or Fimo. It doesn’t stick to you hands and if you really like what you’ve made, you can bake it in the oven.

@starsong: It is gross! Especially that brownish-yellow one, unless you make pasta, then it looks just right
@Sakura Kobiyashi & JamJam: Thank yooou! I think I will! One of these days, and I’ll post it here!
@azog: Thank you! Aww I’m sure it isn’t that bad haha! Oh and I’ve seen fake food at some restaurants here, even up close they look soooo real! Even the sauce, everything. Hard to believe they’re fake, but they’re in a display cabinet (would suck if someone tried to eat them too).
@Aunt Dotti: Ooooh I heard about those. I think that’s a brilliant idea, thank yooou! :]

Yeah, GM-Abby really got skills! Remember the Box Pig? ^_^ I agree with Aunt Dotti, polymer clay like Sculpey is excellent and is usually used by action figure customizers for their projects. Try it, you might create more wonders! ^_^
