The star of this episode that I am about to introduce is Pochacco!
In this episode, Pochacco is going to perform a show all by
himself! This all began from this magic show he watched on TV. He
then got an idea of setting up his own show and performing his
tricks in front of his friends. What is he going to perform? You’ll
find out soon enough =D We all enjoy working on this episode
because Pochacco is a very adorable character. Keep an eye out for
this episode’s MTV, it’s going to rock you out of your seat!!

One day Mr. White asks the children to draw their best friend for
homework. Of course that is not going to be any difficulty with
this assignment, but for Keroppi, it is going to be a big problem.
Keroppi doesn’t know who his best friend is!!! He is very worried
and he doesn’t know what to do! He even made up an imaginary
friend!! I guess you guys will need to watch this episode to find
out how it turns out in the end!! =D

Elections! That’s right! This time Badz’ Maru is competing with
Daniel for Classroom president! With Badz Maru on one side and
Daniel on the other, I can ensure you that this is going to be one
crazy election! Badz Maru and Daniel is going to do whatever it
takes to win all those important votes that will determine who
becomes the classroom president. This episode is going to be fun to watch and we hope you like it as much as we do! See you all!

Hello to all you bloggers out there! I am so busy this week with
the Hello Kitty stuff and it left me with a little time to update
the blog (Give me a break!). Okay, enough with the complaints!!
Today I would like to talk a little bit about another one of our
super, duper, magnificent, adorable and creative episode~!!! Sorry
if it sounds idiotic, I thought I could use some exaggeration in
there! I have said this many times before, and I would like to
stress this again that good story is the soul to any cartoons! A
good story to me is something that should be creative and
entertaining. We always brainstorm for possible ideas for the next
episode and I can tell you the process is very fun! Sharing ideas
with your team members is a very good learning experience. No one
should do things alone. Team work is very essential to any
production studios!

This time we came up with an interesting idea. How about Hello
Kitty and her friends starring in a play? It’s a great idea! So we
came up with an old story that many of you have already heard, but
we did some editing in the plot so that it will be more
interesting! We called this episode “The Magic Chisel”! This time
Pocahocco will be the star of this show! I won’t say too much about
the plot because I am just going to spoil the fun. But what I can
tell you is a little bit about Pochacco himself.

In this cartoon, we have created a distinctive personality for all
the main characters. For example, Badz’ Maru is always the naughty
and he likes to show off all the time, Daniel is always the wise
and mature one in the group and Keroppi is the little Einstein who
likes to invent things. For Pochacco, he is very kind and innocent.
He always hangs out with Badz Maru and likes to sleep all the time.
In my personal opinion, I think Pochacco has one of the most
adorable personality in the group. Maybe I am more of a dog person
=P Anyways, this episode is really funny and you guys out there
better not miss this!

In this TV series, we always try to come up with stories that would be interesting and fun to watch. Most of the time we would try to come up with something new everytime, and that the audiences haven’t seen before. Kitty in space is one of them. This is one of most interesting episode where Hello Kitty and her friends are exploring in space. I am not going to say too much about the plot as you guys and girls will see this very soon. But I will promise you that you will enjoy this episode as much as we do!

What you are about to see in the clip consist of two things, the Storyboard and animations. We have put them side by side so that you can see what is going on in the storyboard and how we turned it in 3D.

Hi guys and gals~ First off, I would like to thank Raeining for choosing this for a feature blog, it was very nice of you! I started to notice that people are really interested in the behind the scene stuff! So from now on I will try to post some interesting topic for all you bloggers =D Thankyou for visiting this blog! Anyways, let’s get back to some serious stuff~(lol)

Today, I would like to talk about Animation. Basically the whole Hello Kitty 3D stuff is all about the animations. We are making Hello Kitty and her friends coming ALIVE!! Creepy huh? J/K! I am an animator and to me, bringing life to a character is one of the most exciting part of the animation process. I won’t go very deep in this topic because I know most of you won’t understand a thing I say and so I will just talk abit about the surface stuff. In the picture, you see two things, on the right you see the Hello Kitty model and  on the left you will see the “Skeleton” of Hello Kitty. In order to make Hello Kitty move, we animate the skeleton. The skeleton is like the bones for hello kitty. Without them, Kitty will not be able to move.

Ok..I think it’s beginning to sound boring and so I will just end it right now. If there are anything you guys would like to know about this TV series, please let me know and I will try to come up with a blog for it! Ok then…later all..!

We have an episode specially dedicated to XO(again)… “March of the XO”!! We all find this episode very fun to make because this story takes place in Antarctica! FYI, we had a lot of stories taking place in school and in the playground and therefore we needed some place else for a change =D We took a lot of effort in researching for reference on the icy places in the world such as Antarctica, North, and South Pole when we were designing the location. We have also designed a big coat for Badtz Maru as well, and it looks very cute on him! I don’t want to expose too much of the story and so all I got to say is see it for yourself when this TV series come out sometime next year~!

One of the most important aspect in this project is story. You’ve probably heard this phrase before "Story is King". This phrase has been mentioned numerous times in the pass by people from Pixar. It is very true that a good story will guarantee a first place in the box office. Therefore, we try to come up with good story for each and every episode of Hello Kitty to ensure that the audience will enjoy watching them. I would like to take some time here to talk about one of the production process that we use on this TV series, storyboard. Storyboard is important because animators will need directions when they are animating the characters. A storyboard provide a lot of in formations such as camera angles and movement, character poses, scripts, and timing. Therefore, a storyboard is like a blueprint of the final product and it is important that we establish a good storyboard before we start animating. Here is an example of a storyboard..
